Anglophone Program
This program is available to adults 19 years of age or older.
Our program integrates LBS literacy and numeracy Levels 1 to 5 within an adult education atmosphere.
Students are matched with a tutor and work in a one-to-one situation, or are instructed in small groups.
Introduction to computers is available to all our literacy students through the adult education site.
Tutors participate in ongoing training and workshops and provide literacy services in the local high school, Thessalon campus, and in the client's home. Our students are the best advocates for our program.
Program is free to participants.
Books, videos and training resources are supplied through the program.
Limited financial support available for special needs students.
